Your Trophy Completion Plan

Plan a single playthrough of Final Fantasy Resonance, collecting along the story route and using post-story free-roam for the remaining challenges. No trophies are missable or tied to difficulty.

The full Steam game lists 40 achievements, and the checklist below groups the trophy requirements by what you actually do. A separate Steam demo is available, so keep demo preparation separate from your full-game completion plan. Use the requirements here to decide which tasks to combine, then tick off individual unlocks as you go.

Complete Trophy and Achievement Checklist

Use the group labels to separate story progress, collection goals and repeatable combat targets. The gil requirements are cumulative: earning 1,000,000 gil and spending 100,000 gil are different objectives. Likewise, Vision collection, maximum Mastery Rank and awakening have separate entries, so progress in one does not replace the others.

Story-to-Endgame Completion Route

Prioritize the work that benefits from being spread across your adventure: character substories, collecting and regular combat progress. Leave the remaining optional challenges for free-roam if you prefer to focus on the story first. This route helps organize completion; you can advance without finishing every side activity beforehand.

  1. Play through the eight story chapters while collecting Visions, Espers, Tablet Shards and character substories along the way. This combines your story route with collection progress and leaves fewer separate tasks for the ending.
  2. Work toward staggers and Resonance activations during regular battles. Keep Them on Their Toes needs 1,000 staggered enemies, while Resonance Rapid Fire needs 400 activations; keeping these moving during the story reduces repetitive cleanup later.
  3. Complete the party's personal substories as part of your exploration. Conscience Renewed requires all eight substories, while Those Who Defy Fate concerns recruiting all eight party members, so keep separate checklist entries for recruitment and personal stories.
  4. Use post-story free-roam to finish the remaining Cave Masters and Legendary Arms. The full targets are 15 Cave Masters and 12 Legendary Arms, with earlier milestones listed separately in the checklist.
  5. Group Adamantite crafting with your remaining weapon objectives during post-story cleanup. Aileen's first weapon covers The Weapon that Suits the User, while The Weaponsmith requires weapons for all eight party members.
  6. Complete the Fledgling, Brawler and Gladiator Colosseum leagues during cleanup. They correspond to Just Getting Started, Arena Fighter and Career Fighter, so track each league instead of using a single note for the entire Colosseum.
  7. Finish the remaining collection and upgrade entries against their individual requirements. Check palace rewards, Visions, Espers and the ultimate Mechabo upgrade separately; maximum Vision Mastery Rank and full awakening are different goals.
  8. Defeat Ultima Weapon when you are ready for the optional challenge. This completes My Name Is Ultima…; use the checklist afterward to identify any remaining collection, crafting or combat requirements.

Missables, Difficulty and Post-Story Cleanup

Can I miss a trophy?
No trophies are missable. Optional dialogue and one-time story chests can still matter if your personal goal includes every item or scene. Keep that broader collection goal separate from earning the full trophy set.
Do I need to finish on the hardest difficulty?
No trophy requires a particular difficulty, and only one playthrough is required. Choose the setting you enjoy rather than planning a harder replay for an achievement. Difficulty selection does not add another trophy route to the checklist.
What remains available after the ending?
Complete post-story free-roam remains available after the ending. You can use it for remaining Cave Masters, Legendary Arms, Adamantite crafting, Colosseum leagues, Vision mastery and Ultima Weapon. There is no New Game Plus mode, so plan cleanup around free-roam.
